The employer may ask you questions like why you chose to apply for this company and how can you contribute to the company. If you have detailed information of the company, you would be aware of the services it offers, the vision and goal of the company and the future aspects and will be able to answer these questions in a much better way.
  2. Work on Your Body Language: We all have heard the saying that actions speak louder than words. You must keep in mind that all those people who are interviewing you have expertise in the interview process for a long time now. They are fully aware of all your responses and the gestures you make when you speak. So, if you work on your body language you will be able to make an impact non-verbally also.
  3. Be Confident and Smile: Nobody would want to hire an employee who is nervous and not confident. So, whatever you speak, add a dash of confidence. It instantly strikes a positive chord in the person sitting in front you. Similarly, make eye contact with the interviewer and smile. It shows the interviewer that you can handle stress and be comfortable and relaxed during conversations where your skills are being tested.
